Hello,

I have created a subscription module for EB and placed it into my gantry workouts template but it will not render.

I was able to successfully render other EB modules during my testing but this one will not show up no matter where I place it in the grid.

Thanks
Perhaps you can guide me how to set this from your site backend, so we can better have a check.

And which page suppose to show this module.

I just tested some more and all of the options in the module cause it not to show unless I select sitewide

This is the page http://bunnylifestyle.com/workout-programs

This is the module http://bunnylifestyle.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_modules&task=module.edit&id=163

This is the template editor http://bunnylifestyle.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_gantry5&view=configurations/13/layout&theme=rt_galatea&f19499faa2ddcfef25527a9d41fe7d03=1

The module is placed into the "Extension" row

Hi there,

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site ( http://bunnylifestyle.com/ ) to check on this issue?

Are you using the pw in my site details for root? It should work

You have to navigate back to /, then home, then http://www.bunnylifestyle.com

Hi,

Root is for the ftp and that password has not changed and should still work

For joomla admin, I have reset your password. The new password can be found in my site details in the "other details" box

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a public holiday for us here.

Actually how this system determine subscribe module display on the page is :

Site - It will show this module on any pages on your site.

Author - It will only show this module on the single blogger page, so that when the user subscribe through this module, it actually subscribe to this blogger.

Category - It will only show this module on the single category page, so that when the user subscribe through this module, it actually subscribe to this category.

Team - It will only show this module on the single teamblog page, so that when the user subscribe through this module, it actually subscribe to this teamblog.

Entry - It will only show this module on the single blog entry page, so that when the user subscribe through this module, it actually subscribe to this blog entry page.
