Hello, tried to update Easysocial but got this error message even though I have an active subscription.

Hello Arlex, by downloading the launcher again from my dashboard and regenerating the api key, this issue seems resolved.

Would it be possible for you to contact us at https://crm.stackideas.com and provide us with the order reference and your username so that we can check on this? Also, provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access as well.

By the way, may i know your Easysocial site is it fresh installation?
