Subscription Emails and Blank Comments

Hi I am currently using EasyBlog on one of my sites.

I am having two issues.

1. When we get emails for a new subscriber it says:

There is a new subscriptions on COM_EASYBLOG_SUBSCRIPTION_TYPE_SITE.
Subscription successful

Subscribed by Guest on Tuesday, March 12, 2013'

Why is it saying 'COM_EASYBLOG_SUBSCRIPTION_TYPE_SITE'? and is there a way for it to not say 'Guest' but the person's email or name?

2. We keep getting blank comments. Is this spam or are the comments not coming through correctly? I attached a screenshot for your reference.

i think that your subscription info mail for admin is still not very informative!

1. Subscription successful in Bold? is not realy a useful info,or?
2. There is a new subscriptions on - Blogger wich Blogger,Link to Blogger??
3. There is a new subscriptions on - entry wich entry,Link to entry?
4. There is a new subscriptions on - category wich category,Link to category?
