Subscription e-mail notification fails

Hi there,

The subscription of e-mail notifications of my site fails. After adding a new subsciption, the result is an empy white dialog.

In the database is no new e-mail address added !?

What can be wrong?

I tried to subscribe on your site and it seems that it is working fine on my end as you can see here http://take.ms/AmiB3. Maybe i have replicated them wrongly, it would be best if you can provide us with more details on how to replicate this issues. Please advice.

Hmmm ... Strange, I still have the same failure. Tomorrow I will give it a try at another computer.

My current computer runs Windows 10 with all current updates.

I use Firefox Quantum vs. 59.0.1 (64-bits)
