I was just told by one of your employees, that when i payed 2.5x what a normal subscription cost, after buying the regular subscription 6 months prior, that an updated subscription doesn't extend my subscription?

Since i paid so much more, why wouldn't it reset the 12 month timer?
Can you please just put me back on my regular basic subscription. Its all I used anyways.

Thanks
Hi Samuel,

As my colleague has mentioned before, by simply upgrading your existing subscription prior does not extend your new plan subscription. Kindly visit http://screencast.com/t/x0Izo3Qoxk or http://stackideas.com/easyblog/plans .

The difference between a Professional plan and Unlimited plan is:
Unlimited allows you to get unlimited support for all of your domains whereas Professional is only extended to 1 of your domain, as shown via http://screencast.com/t/rqsZqL5HhXQ

You'd purchased EasyBlog Professional on 26 September 2014 & upgraded to EasyBlog Unlimited on 25 October 2014. By right your subscription should end on 26 Septemeber 2015.

Can you please just put me back on my regular basic subscription. Its all I used anyways.

Sure, I have already changed it back to EasyBlog Professional. So here's a coupon code for you, RENEWNOW if you would like to renew your subscription.

Hope this helps!
