Hi Sylvain,

I would like to access the backend to check the issue but the credentials provided does not seem to work.

Tried 2 times and now this appears(http://take.ms/6pnBR).

Please advice. Thanks.

Hey Sylvain,

The popup credentials works fine actually. I am having issue with the backend login: http://take.ms/5wv32

By the way, I realize your installer was missing the api. We have restored this information into the installer so you can try downloading a new installer from your dashboard again.

Hey Sylvain,

Thanks I'm able to login now.

I have helped you to reinstall Komento: http://take.ms/opQNG

Can help me double check and let me know how it goes?

Regards.

Hey Sylvain,

I see. What do you mean by auto update?

I believe if the extension is outdated, you would still have to click on the update button to update the extension.
