Why does my easydiscuss write "I do not have a subscription or your subscription has already expired." Will I not be able to use our versioning services when my license is active?

That was strange, by right you shouldn't getting this error, can you try download latest installer from https://stackideas.com/dashboard then upload this installer through your Joomla backend installer page and see how it goes?

If the issue still persists, can you update your Joomla backend and FTP access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can better have a check?

We made a lot of changes and bug fixes for our site. I have all the comments but are these changes already included in the new version?
I can of course re-apply, but it is quite laborious.

Hey,

Can you please provide us with the back end and FTP access to the site to check on this? If you have a valid license, it shouldn't be showing these messages.

I first try the update. I have to do it anyway.
My previous question was rather general.
Any errors and improvements made here in the forum include new releases.

To be honest, I am not too sure what changes was made but if these are bug fixes that was posted earlier, it would have already been added in 4.0.19

We have written all the changes that we made honestly so I have to try what has been involved and what I have to do again.
