When someone subscribes to a blog i do receive an email notification, but nothing appears in the list of users that have subscribed in the EasyBlog admin area.

Are you referring to the subscriber Hugh? I do see this user in the backend subscription list(attached).
If you are referring to another user, let us know which one so we can check further.
Ah, dozy me Raymond, the filter in subscriptions was set to 'Site', when i changed it to 'Blog Post' all the subscribers appeared. Sorry about that and thank you for your help, much appreciated.
