I started using Easy Blog at the beginning of this month. Subscribers are still not receiving emails (including myself; I subscribed as well to check). The cron job was written for me and my host (Cloud Access, which does not use a c-panel but another way of doing it) has confirmed that is is correct.

Easy Blog shows that the emails have been sent, but no one has received anything. The posts are definitely published. What else do I need to do to make sure that the sent emails are actually being sent?

I'm not really sure what is the issue. I need to check your backend and FTP to have a better look. Can you provide us those access? Please advise.
