Hi,

I have a page which shows three different profile types from EasySocial. Each profile type is referring to the corresponding pay plan (by plugin settings). Now when a new user clicks on one of these profile types he is directed to a payplan page where he sees all three pay plans again. This redirect is done by the plugin - but it is confusing and not needed because the user has taken his decision already. Next confusion happens when he choses one of these plans. Because then he is directed to a page where he sees the chosen plan again along with a login form and a "Register" button. Only when he clicks this button he is directed to the EasySocial registration page.

I understand the logic but there are too many steps to get to the registration page. For the plans which are free I want the users to be directed to the EasySocial registration page immediately when they chose this option on page 1. So in the background I would expect that the user is subscribed to the free plan automatically. Also for the one plan which is not free (paid) the user should be subscribed automatically in the background when he choses this option. Only after login he will see the payment option, invoice etc.

How can I do this?

Regards,
Uwe
Hello,

Right Now PayPlans flow is that when user try to register he will be redirected to plan page, so from here he will be redirected to Easysocial Registration page.
There is no functionality to choose profiletype first before plan selection.

Please let me know for which plugin you are referrign, so i'll check it.

Hi Manisha,

I think this is triggered by the plugins PayPlans-Registration-EasySocial and Easysocial Profiletype. Bottom-line what these plugins need is the other way round. Registration is done by EasySocial and nothing more than the ES registration page is visible in the frontend. Payplans must "hide" in the background and assign the users automatically. This is what I need.

Thanks for checking!

Hello Uwe,

It seems that you don't want to register user's through PayPlans. If you want to register user's using Easysocial then you need to disable Payplans registration plugins after that user will not force to subscribe plan to register at site. After user registration, he can subscribe any plan and profiletype will be assigned as per plan they subscribed.

Correct me if i misunderstood.

Your understanding is correct. But I don't want the users to chose any plan. I just want a registration with the EasySocial registration pages and an automatically subscription to the respective plan. So I can deactivate the plugin and the ES registration works as expected. We have three different profile-types and the user decides during registration which type he wants to chose. Then he sees the respective registration page. When he completes the registration I want this user to be assigned to the respective plan without having the user to chose the plan from another Payplan page or menu.

Hello,

If you want to assign user to specific plan after registration then you need to use profile based plan plugin.
http://www.readybytes.net/payplans/apps.html#/app/pp-profilebasedplan

You just need to set plan in plugin configuration , so when new user register at site, this plan will assigned to user.

Let me know if you have any query.
