We have EasyBlog version 5.0.14.
Dashboard on frontend > When I click on the Subscribe Blog button I aways get error:
Unable to load the contents of this dialog.

What is the reason ?
Hello Markus,

I've tried in my local and I am able to see the subscribe without error. Can you provide us your backend and FTP access so we can have a better look on your issue here?

Hello Markus,

I'm sorry for the late reply. Can you provide us the full access to your FTP? We need it to fix your issue as Extplorer is very risky to debug. By the way, can you upload the attached file into your joomla root folder?

Hello Nik,

I have seen that the index.php has been completely removed and I have now uploaded it again.
I have no options to provide any FTP access to our server as this is completely blocked and all ports closed due to security issues.
We have our server running inhouse and I access it directly via LAN but can only provide Extplorer access.
Why are you stucked with access to the filesystem via Extplorer ?

Hello Markus,

I've tried to access your site but failed. By the way, I suspect the issue is came from the index.html file in your Joomla root folder. Can you try to temporary rename the file and try the subscribe button again?

Hi Nick,

you are right.....it was indeed the index.html.
We have placed it just temporarily as the webpage is not yet live and wanted to test it without frequently changing between offline and online status.
So this was the culprit and issue is therefore fixed.
Thanks a lot for this hint....appreciated ;-)

Regards
Markus
