I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. It looks like you have disabled the toolbar in EasyBlog. Was this disabled on purpose? The subscribe links are actually in the toolbar.

The link is not visible enough in the toolbar. Actually, I want to add a custom button below the description in the top of the page (just above the toolbar position). Which file modify ?

You can go to /components/com_easyblog/themes/wireframe/toolbar/default.php and look at line 144~172 for the subscription link on the toolbar.
