Hello, we have a problem with the "Subscribe to Blog" feature in the browsers on Chromium (we tested in Google Crome and Yandex Browser).
On main page all work normal but if I enter on some blog page it`s bugged.
Hey there,

I already tested this on different browser in Windows and Mac machine, it seems like that is random issue, some time chrome browser also hitting this warning pop up, actually that main error is "Invalid Token".

I suspect some where on your site did cached those HTML content on the site so that you hitting this issue is because token didn't renew to new token, it keep re-use back the same token.

Can you provide us with your site backend access so we can better have a check and see which cache system doing this?

Because when i access your site backend site.com/administrator, i hitting following error :

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /administrator/ on this server.

And your FTP access as well.

Command: AUTH TLS
Response: 234 AUTH TLS successful
Status: Initializing TLS...
Error: Received TLS alert from the server: Handshake failed (40)
Error: Could not connect to server

Regarding the backend, I apologize, we recently added additional IP protection. Go to FTP to the administrator folder and add your IP in the htaccess file.
You do not get into FTP by the fact that we do not use encryption on TLS. Use normal FTP and then you will enter

Hey,

I tried to access the administration area and I still hit the forbidden error message, http://take.ms/kfMN5

By the way, I believe the reason that you are hitting this is most likely due to some severe caching enabled on the site as it is also caching the tokens, http://take.ms/Zkfv2

Please, read the message before replying.
To access FTP, set on Encryption field "Only use plain FTP" and you can connect to our server without problems.
The input to the backend is closed by IP. You can add your IP to the "white list" of it if you go to the folder "administrator" and add "Allow from (your IP)" in the .htaccess file.

Hey there,

I do apologise first because my colleague might be missed read your previous reply.

I've checked in your site, It seems like you have enabled this System - Page Cache plugin, this was known issue in Joomla, because this plugin will cache those HTML content and included those token as well.

I already help you disabled this, can you try clear your browser cache and try click on the subscribe button and see whether still hitting that same issue?
