When looking at the details on the product page (highlighted in screenshot) shows as Subscribe RSS / Email button. So we assumed Komento had this functionality so that why we are using it. Now we have it setup we trying to work how to enabled this button to only find this does not seem possible with the current without commenting on the article etc (zoo item in our case). Is this correct?

Have you tried to enabled this settings http://take.ms/oLZmO on your site ? It should shown you RSS icon in that particular sections if you enabled them. And for subscriptions it will shown underneath the comments form.

It still persisted, it would be best if you can provide us with your Backend and FTP access for further check on this issues. Please advice.

What we wanted is for people to subscribe without posting comments which does not look to be able to happen so now I have to find different comment system that does support it

Hi Grant,

After discussing this with our team, it seems that we might be change it behavior when me releasing Komento v3.0. We decided to change it behavior again where subscriptions option will also shown next to RSS icons. We will included them on our next release version
