I seem to be missing my subscribe button that usually sits at the top of the home page just above the first post on the right side. I have it turned on in 'Settings/subscriptions'

It seems that we have refactor this feature and the subscriptions/rss feed is located on toolbar. In order for you to subscribe, you have to enable the toolbar first.

Suggestion:
You can use "EasyBlog - Subscribe Module" to be able to subscribe to the site. Thanks for understanding.
