Hey there,
For some reason we can't find where to show the "subscribe" button for our users... also when going in the back end, we're seeing some very odd text. (See Attached)

We appreciate your assistance with this.
Hi Matt,

I believe some of the language file did not get updated during the installation/upgrading of easyblog on your site. Perhaps you can try to re-install your easyblog component again and see how it goes. If the issue still persist kindly provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can fix this for you directly on your site.

Ok so we did re-install and we're still getting the same issues... Also, where would we go to activate subscribe? As of now, there is no way for people to subscribe to our blog.... I have created an FTP account... is this ticket set for private?

Hi Matt,

If you are requested to submit your site details, you may do so under the tab Site Details below. Please be rest assured that these information will only be visible to the support team from Stack Ideas. You can also store this in your site details area here, http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site to avoid having to enter these information multiple times.

Hey Matt,

I have tried to access your site at http://server.greedbegone.com/~eow/index.php/blog and the subscribe link is actually appearing correctly on the toolbar as you can see here, http://screencast.com/t/6GRlM630p6q

Am I missing anything here?

Ahhh... my apologies... for some reason I was looking for an RSS icon or something that said "subscribe"... is there a way to change the icon or add subscribe to it?

Hey Matt,

You can customize it by modifying the theme file in /components/com_easyblog/themes/wireframe/toolbar/default.php Do you want the RSS icon to show up? I can enable it for you too.

Hey Matt,

You did not provide us with the Joomla back end access to the site. Can you please do that? Also, what issues do you have with the titles?

By the way, I strongly advise users to split their questions into separate threads in order for us to manage your issues more efficiently. If all your questions are condensed into a single thread, do take note that you will get a slower response simply because different moderators are working on your issues as we do not maintain a "single person single thread".

Every moderator needs to assist everyone
