Submit post not working in Easydiscuss

While submitting post I got following warnings & fatal error:

Current Easydiscuss version is: 3.1.8669

Is this issue is resolved in latest version? or any solution to solve this?

It seems like this issues already solved in latest version of EasyDiscuss, could you mind update to latest version of Easydiscuss and see if that issues still persists?
If yes, is it possible provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this? Please advise.

Hello,

We are proving you ssh details. We have done some custom codings there. So please just need to solve that fatal error if you are done it with current version.

Sorry for late reply to this,
I have tried to access in your ssh details, but i getting this :
Error:	Authentication failed.

Error:	Critical error

Error:	Could not connect to server

If you know which file you have do the customize file, do you can do the backup first before update to latest version? After done your updated latest version of EasyDiscuss, then you replace back your customization file in the latest folder/file.

Removed IP restriction. Can u check again. Given ssh details again check this one

I have tried to access your ssh, i also ask my colleague tried in Mac terminal and windows FileZilla, we still can't able to access.

ssh_exchange_identification: read: Connection reset by peer


Hmm, regarding we keep can't access in your ssh, or did you try to backup your entire EasyDiscuss file, then update to latest version of Easydiscuss? After done your updated latest version of EasyDiscuss, then you can realize which part you have do the customization before, then you replace back the file or some part of the code.
