Submit Comment Button does not work

Dear Support,

I have installed Komento on my site http://www.watershapes.com however we cannot submit comments. The submit button is greyed out.

Please let me know how to resolve this

Hello.

I am having the same problem. Submit comment is not working. After clicking ir for the first time it gets grayed out and nothing happens. How can I solve this issue?

This issues should be fixed in latest version of Komento.
Also, It looks like your account isn't tied up with any subscriptions on our site. Is there any mistake on our end? Would it be possible for you to contact us at https://crm.stackideas.com and provide us with the order reference and your username so that we can fix this up for you?
