I tried it on my end and still can not submit a post or reply. I have tried it on multiple computers, updated joomla, updated warp, and updated easydiscuss.

I'm not sure that, because I can't replicate on your issues
But i tried to check another way, so i open the console in Google Chrome, it seems like got some error showing out in console.
I found out some drop down button and the filter tab can't work in your Easydiscuss frontpage, it seems like your template causing this issues, i have help you uncheck this option from your template setting -> http://screencast.com/t/Q0dk7PLTZ and see if this could help? Please advise.
