BUT when im testing it, i cant be registered as a new client and when i sign up as admin, i cant post a question.

For registration, it is not handle by EasyDiscuss, as EasyDiscuss doesn't have any registration system workflow.
And regarding the submit button cannot be click, seems like there is div section that caused it

This is actually come from the SP Page Builder module, can you consult this with them?

Also i dont want users tab to be seen in public.

Regarding this, unfortunately there is no setting to restrict the access of user tab at this point of time.
