We have been using Easy Discuss for close to a year. Program worked great for a while. Now, the only browser that you can successfully post and respond to questions is Internet explorer (which nobody uses). When our users attempt to use this product in Mozilla and Chrome the links do not work at all. Is there anyone else who has run into a similar problem with Easy Discuss? This is very frustrating and rendering part of our website useless.
Hello Joshua,

Hm, this shouldn't be the case because more often it's the other way around lol. Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

Absolutely, is there a private e-mail that I can send the information to when we have the temporary FTP user and back end user set up?

Hello Joshua,

I have checked your site and it looks like the JS compression in your Joomla template is causing javascript issues on the page. After turning it off, it seems to be working fine
