Subcription change in the back end

I have 2 tester right now as you can see here:http://prntscr.com/mcfsv5

As you can see here: http://prntscr.com/mcfthv and http://prntscr.com/mcfu78 there is no way I can change there accounts from free to paid. Is there a different place you change it?
Hey Richard,

Not entirely sure if I understand you here but you could just assign a paid plan to a user, http://take.ms/oBOt4 is that not what you want to achieve here?
