If you want to display blog posts from several categories, you need to use the 'recent posts' module type, then select those categories in the filter options(http://take.ms/DLbZJ).
If this is not what you intended, perhaps you can elaborate more so we understand.

Hey Diego,
By right the 'Include Subcategories' option from the post attributes settings page will determine if subcategory posts are displayed in the module. I have tested this locally and it is working properly(http://take.ms/XTawD). If you have disabled that setting and the subcategory posts still show, we will have to investigate this directly on your site.
