I suspect your current menu structure messed up the Easydiscuss link.

If this "overseas-union-garden" is single category alias, you need to have another hidden menu for "Easydiscuss - frontpage menu" or "Easydiscuss - forums layout" from backend menu, because now all the Easydiscuss URL first is link to your "overseas-union-garden" single category alias which is wrong for example : when I go to forums page or recent page.

If still not working, can you update your Joomla backend access again so we can better have a check?

Hi Arlex, i dont think is menu structure, as other links with the exact same settings are working perfectly.

I've switch to use this routing behaviour "Use Menu ItemId Determined By EasyDiscuss" from Easydiscuss backend setting, it should work fine now, can you give it a check?

Can I ask 1 question? May i know how to you create these all categories from your Easydiscuss backend?

What I suspect some of the data is not stored properly in database which causing some of the category page is not go to the correct page.

For example :
If this category "CAP SQUARE SHOPPING MALL" not able to access to, then i go to backend > Easydiscuss > category > search "CAP SQUARE SHOPPING MALL" > edit this category page > do not change anything and press save, then I can able to access correct page on frontend.

I created all these subcategory pages 1 by 1 from the Easydiscuss backend admin page. I click "Save and New" to create one by one. So what is your suggested solution? I need to go in one by one and click "save" then it will be accessible?

The problem that you are having seems to be carried over from an older version of EasyDiscuss I believe. Was these categories created on EasyDiscuss 3.x ?

Anyway, can you please edit your first post and include both the FTP and phpmyadmin access? You can also add the site access once by adding them at https://stackideas.com/dashboard/site . By adding your site access here, you no longer need to add the site access each time you try to post a support question.

It was created in version 4.0.X if i have not mistaken. I have updated my CPanel login details in "Site Details" under additional details.

Please check.

We have performed some audits and I believe you have ran some script or migration that performs mass insertion of the category but the category alias wasn't inserted correctly.

Anyway, we'll help you out just this once to re-update all the alias to the correct one. It should work fine now.
