Styling & Location for 'Hits' and 'Comments'

Komento changed the CSS styling for the 'Read More' button in my articles. Is there an easy way to change it back and also change the styling of the 'Hits' and 'Comments' links? See attached.

You can modify on following file ->

JoomlaFolder\components\com_komento\themes\kuro\comment\bar.php (Kuro theme)
JoomlaFolder\components\com_komento\themes\wireframe\comment\bar.php (Wireframe theme)

I assume this also applies if I'm not using Kuro or Wireframe themes?

If you using dark theme, it will refer on this file -> JoomlaFolder\components\com_komento\themes\dark\comment\bar.php

If you using other theme, it will refer back to this wireframe theme file -> JoomlaFolder\components\com_komento\themes\wireframe\comment\bar.php (Wireframe theme)
