Stuck on step 5 of update

I've been trying to update... each time I try the server gets stuck on Step 5.

I am using Zend server (latest) on Windows so perhaps there is something odd about the configuration.

Is there a log file that I can check to see what's going on?

I am sorry for the late reply for this. Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue? So that we can help you as much as we can to update it:) . For the Zend log file can you refer to this http://files.zend.com/help/Zend-Server-6/content/working_with_logs.htm as well you have to turn on error reporting to maximum on Systems>Global Configuration>Server.
