Stuck during update

Hi, I updated Komento today and the updater is stuck in "Initializing Database Synchronization". What do I do?

I hit the error once earlier but when I tried another time, the installation went through so I couldn't investigate further. Anyway, can you check whether Komento is working fine now?

Hi Gustavo,

Can you provide us the site's back-end and ftp access so we can help you install and troubleshoot the issue? You can edit the starting post and add them under the Provide Site & FTP Access (Optional) section.
