We are testing out the Stripe payment processor in sandbox mode.
When we try to update the billing info on our test subscription, the blue "update" button keeps spinning without ever completing the update or generating an error.
I've tried to use the test card numbers from this page, and I've also tried to disable sandbox mode and use real live credit card numbers, but nothing is going through.

I appreciate any help you can offer with this problem.


note: We have an active PayPlans license. But I'm not sure how to add our domain to the license for the Help Desk tickets. Where can I find this setting?

Thank you for running that test. I was able to get the same result with the valid test cards. But it will not accept any of the declined payments card options.
Ok, i am able to replicate the same with the declined card. I'll log this into issue tracker.

Is it possible to test what will happen in PayPlans when a user's card is declined on a recurring subscription?
If user card is declined no further recurring payment will completed on recurring subscription and user subscription will get expired after "Wait for Payment before Expiring Subscription set in backend setting system.

Also, We have recently release PayPlans 5.0.5, you can update payplans at your site to get the latest fixes.

Can you try again and let me know if still issue persist.
