Stripe - Regarding subscriptions

Hi again,

Regarding stripe checkout, do we have to setup the recurring subscription on the stripe dashboard as well? For example on our site we accept both Paypal and stripe. When a payment is done through paypal I can see that a recurring payments has been created on the paypal dashboard.

When I login into the stripe dashboard though I can only see items under the Payments section and nothing under the Subscriptions section.

You don't need to create any plan on stripe.
In case of recurring plans, next recurring amount will be charged automatically from payplans end.So you no need to worry about this.

Hello Matt,

It's the default behaviors of paypal and stripe to show subscription on their site.
You need to ask them them about this.

Thanks for your reply, but I'm a bit worried about what will happen at the end of the month once the plans start expiring.

When setting up a recurring plan for stripe do we have to setup any plans or anything on stripe or does payplans charge the users again through stripe for the plan they have signed up for?
