Hello

I have a error with Strip, it's taking 2 payments from customers.

My account shows I received 2 payments from 4 customers.

Ive provided screenshot from
- 1 customer
- logs that show error in payment with Stripe
- Stripe Details that shows I haven't made any changes.

How can I fix?

Let me know have delete any entity related to subscription for which duplicate payment issue is coming.

No I haven't deleted any entity related to subscription related to the duplicate payment issue.


On Log details (Log Number: 17042) it shows next to the counter - 2, would this be the reason why customers are paying for membership 2 times.

If yes could I put something in place that would prevent this?

I doesn't seems that this issue is related to counter.
To rectify this issue can you send me server access and error logs of that day when double payment made.

Hello,

I checked your site for user victor and check the subscription. Here only 2 transactions shown , one is paid a month ago another one is 8 days ago. there is nothing in error log also. It seems fine at payplans.
see attached screen shot.

To rectify this , can you let me know you are not running any other test site having same data. If not, then we need to confirm with stripe team that this second request generated from payplans. Can you please contact stripe support team about this, so we can able to rectify this issue. Because in payplans logs it seems second request not initiated.

Hello,

According to your screen shot, it seems this issue will come only if applied discount amount is greater then plan price.
I check the backend , and see recently you applied this code for plan price 19.9 $ and discount amount is 20$.
Let me know you did same or issue facing on any other plan. Try to attach full screen shot, so i can able to see the other invoice details also.
