Can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can inspect the issue directly on your site? We believe it might be some conflict with CSS z-index.

I'm afraid that I'm not quite understand what you mean here. Can you elaborate more on this question? Perhaps some screenshot if its help.

I would join this field in information profile menu. And would that the answer, between professionist or utente, appear below the profile imagine in the forum.

This require a lots of place to modify as the are many types of notification in easydiscuss. If you want the reply content not to be displayed in email notification, you can download the attachment below and place it inside your /components/com_easydiscuss/themes/simplistic/emails/ folder.
