I just updated to 5.1.11 version and my responsive images are stretched and distorted. I noticed the "image size" option is no longer on the post editor. Is there somewhere else to make this selection or prevent this?

May i know what exactly you meant by stretched and distorted? As from what checked on my iphone 5s, it is showing as it should as you can see on attached files. Maybe i have miss-understand your requirement here, it would best if you can provide us with some attachment on exactly how it is stretched and distorted.
