Hi Support

I am wondering if this is the standard default behaviour for streams? The first two screen shots go to the community page. Logged in and not logged in! It just seems odd to me that the stream is no longer visible on the community page when logged in!?! It used to be yeah? Am I missing a setting or something? Attached are also my stream settings.

thanks

Paul
hey paul,
I applied the fixes sam mentioned and updated your site to 1.2.17.
as far as I can tell the maintainance tab is now working fine (no more white screen) and also when I login to the site the stream is back.
please re-check and monitor the site to make sure that everything's working correctly or if there are still leftover issues - and then let us know.

hope that helps and have a nice day

Hi Paul,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

Can you download the attached 2 php files and upload to folder 'JOOMLA/administrator/components/com_easysocial/updates/1.2.17/' and then go to your EasySocial backend under maintenance tab. Filter the version to 1.2.17 and you should see 4 scripts as shown in here http://screencast.com/t/22wfZoceb

Now, please execute the script based on below sequence:

1. create db stored function - es_isfriend

2. create db stored function - hasmutualfriends

3. Sync cluster access in stream table.

4. Sync privacy access in stream table.

After you've run the above 4 scripts, then try to login to your EasySocial frontend and see if the stream appear correctly or not.

If you still having the same issue, then can you pass me your Joomla backed superadmin access and your phpmyadmin access so that I can further investigate your issue?

Please advise.
Sam

Hi Sam

I had some issues uploading. Could not find the appropriate folder with my FTP program. But could find it in the joomla back end.

Going here:

http://finalbug.net/administrator/index.php?option=com_easysocial&view=maintenance

Gives me a white page.

Now I know I am anything but a power user but that just is not normal

please advise

thanks
