Unfortunately currently we do not have an option to exchange the photo stream type position and add a stream title in the stream.

We can use CSS to hide this but it will affect all the existing stream do not have header and they can't view the single stream of this when hide the header.
For example : http://take.ms/DGPaL

By the way, may i know what is the reason you would like to hide the stream header?

Can you provide us your backend and ftp access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can investigate the dash at the stream title? Also it would be helpful if you can tell us which file/s you modified before the dash appeared in the title.

I have helped you edit the file ...\components\com_easysocial\themes\wireframe\stream\meta.php.
You shouldn't be seeing the dash in front of the title already. Hope this helps.
