Stream reports that user logged in but he didn't

Hey guys,

Seams that if you have Easysocial setup to show a stream item when someone login, if the person try to login but the login fails, the stream item is still added, I think that should not happen, it should show it only if the login was successful.

Hi Valentin,

I am not really sure what do you mean the login failed? Is it failed due to the wrong credentials or something else? By the way I've tried to replicate the issue where I'm trying to logged in into my site but with invalid credentials and the stream is not get generated as expected.

Please advise.

Enter a correct username but type a wrong password.

Another thing to test also, disable a username from com_users and then try to login with that username and that will also create an unneeded stream item.

Just tested this locally but cannot seem to reproduce this error.
