Hi, I have encountered a persistent problem:
ISSUE: When "Pagination style" is set to Load More, only stories from "Me and friends" are loaded after the first page, the rest is "filtered out".

When "Pagination style" is set to Normal pagination and I load more pages, the stories from "Everyone" are loaded as expected.

I hope you fix this soon.

Thanks.

Hi Mark.
Looking much closer I have found the problem is much worse than I thought. Not only non-friend posts "dissapear" but many others too (even my own). See the PDF attached.

Hi Juan,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

Regarding your issue, I've checked your EasySocial and look like you've customise the EasySocial theme files which break the stream on the 'load more' pagination. In fact, it will affect your 'normal pagination' as well because you've removed the filters in your dashboard page.

To be frank with you, our support policy stated that we will not provide support on the issue caused by any core file template overriding in our products. This time will be an exception

I've fixed your issue by revert the changes on file JOOMLA/templates/rt_ethereal/html/com_easysocial/dashboard/sidebar.feeds.php and to hide the filters, I've added css 'display:none' on the filters block so that stream filters are not showing. Please see http://screencast.com/t/voupJ7jYz6Lm

The stream pagination is working correctly now.

In the future, I would suggest that you turn off template overrides first and test it out before requesting for support

It works fine now. Thanks for your support!
As a side note, I have tested it in my local server disabling every customization (renaming com_easysocial to Bcom_easysocial) and it was the same. Because it only "skipped" those items when "Load more" was selected, but not when "Normal pagination" was chosen, it looked more like a bug.

Thanks again for your excellent support!
