Reply can tag but the name can’t link

The reply can’t tag the name anymore. We can click the reply and display name but the name can’t link to click profile anymore. It is not like version 4.0.6

I reply to username So Phort but his name can’t link. The link remove from tag.

I am having problem with Safari 15 that I can’t use tag, I cleared already. It is works Chrome.
