Hi,

I apologize to ask many questions.
Please see Site Login Info attached.

When I see the stream as a guest, I see 5 or 6 stream items.
When I see the stream as a site user, I only see 3 stream items.

Even I login as stream item owner, I only see 3 items.
All items are set as "shared with everyone".

Why?
yes, you're correct.
when there are older items - no matter what time frame you selected in the settings - there should be at least a load more to access these items.

but also as said we're currently re-writing the way the stream handling is done so with the next update things should get much better and these kind of issues should be solved once and for all

hey masanori,
unfortunately that's the current default behaviour.
what happens is that once you're logged in the showing streams are calculated based on your stream settings - for example "last 7 days" - that's why you then only see 3 in this case.

however, good news: in the next version of easysocial the stream handling will get a major overhaul and such issues are then a thing of the past

Alex,

Thank you for the explanation!
When I make Settings>Stream>Pagenation>Number of items to load>7days, I see all stream Items currently available on the site.
But I believe even I set this as 1day, "load more link" should appear and let the user see older items.
Is my understanding incorrect?

Alex,

Thank you.
I still wonder why "load more link" does not appear but I look forward to try next release:)
It seems v1.2.16 had caused this issue?
When I was using v.1.2.14-15, I did not see this behavior.

Anyway I'll wait next release, thank you

Yep, as Alex mentioned, 1.2.17 will have tremendous changes made on the stream and we actually rewritten it from ground again for performance gains and usability issues.
