For the stream heading, you may edit the theme file /components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/streams/events/create.title.php

As for the comments, you may edit the theme file located at /components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/comments/item.php

OK, thanks, but whenever in a group view, whatever user does, posts or creates, at the end of stream heading we are getting in "Group Name", I would like to remove that part, so the group name is not visible

Hm, actually that was default behaviour to show group name on the stream title.

If you really want to remove those group name from the stream title area, you have to hack a few of Easysocial core file in order to get rid of these kind of group name on the stream item.

If you would like to hack it, perhaps you can provide us more screenshot about it which type of stream item you would like to remove those group name so i can provide you those Easysocial core PHP file location to you.
