I just liked photo in user album - but stream displays full information about this photo, album, and comments in it:

I don't think, that it is normal...

Stream item must display only information, that some user liked some photo and displays this photo.

But stream displays that some user uploaded photo 3 years ago and comments for this photo. Nobody understand that realy action was done - is just "like"...
