stream filter does not work - it loads endlessly

hello there,

on dashboard my streamfilter does not work (poss from friends, followers and so on)
it loads and loads , but nothing happens.

may you can help

I tried to access the site with the provided login credentials but unfortunately it isn't working for me Also, when I try to access the admin, I am hitting this, http://take.ms/veNFzk

The FTP seems to work fine though.

Hey Elias,

After spending some time troubleshooting this, the problem is caused by your language file /administrator/language/de-DE/de-DE.plg_app_user_discuss.ini . The file is not saved as UTF-8, http://take.ms/V3FjR . This causes issues because you are mixing non UTF-8 encoding with UTF-8 encoding.

I have re-saved that file with UTF-8 encodings and it works fine now.
