Stream Anywhere Module - Unable to see "Video Category" Option and module not fluid

Hi Support,

I have placed the Stream Anywhere module in 1 of my page and due to the module width, the video category selection is not able to show, please advise?

I've applied some fix in this file, it should work fine now.
