You can edit them here language/your current language/your current language.com_easydiscuss.ini or do language override as follows https://stackideas.com/docs/easydiscuss/administrators/configuration/creating-language-string-override

Please give it a try and see how i goes. If problems still persisted, it would be best if you can provide us with that particular page for us further check on this issues. Please advice.
