Hi

Since yesterday we keep getting this strange pop up window appearing at random when we are editing posts within the backend.

Do you know what this is and how do I stop it appearing?

Thanks

Alex
Hey Alex,

Unfortunately I went into the same post and tried to do an edit just like the one in the screenshot but I could not replicate this popup issue. Do you recall what actions on your end triggered this popup?

Can you check to see if this is still happening? If it is, maybe you can let us know what actions are triggering it, for example what button was clicked just before the popup appeared. Thanks.

Hi Raymond

Thanks for getting back to me, we have done as you asked.

The thing is it doesn't happen very often, but today it happened again, just when we opened a pending existing blog entry, we then scrolled down to read through it, didn't click on anything and the window popped up.

If it happens again I will report what happens that time.

Thanks

Alex

Hi

So this has been happening at random times over the last few days, there is no consistency to when it happens, mostly we are just reading a post, one time it was as we were inputting tags, there is nothing that seems to be triggering it.

Two of our writers have had a message saying upload failure, but there is no connection between those posts which are having upload failure and those that the pop up box appears. Apparently they submit the article, it says submitted and then 1 minute later they get a message saying upload failure, but we receive the file, so it has been uploaded.

I don't know if these are connected but they have both been appearing in the last few days.

What does the 'ktes' mean that is appearing in the box?

Thanks

Hey Alex,

It seems like that was typo code which located in this file -> JoomlaFolder\administrator\components\com_easyblog\tables\postreject.php , I already applied some fix in this file in your site, can you give it a check again, it should not show out that message any more.

Actually I quite confusing which directory folder you using now, what I applied the fix is under this file -> ../multikingdom.com/administrator/components/com_easyblog/tables/postreject.php

If your new site still hitting this issue, you have to applied above fix file into your new site.
