I am having an issue with uploading images on my website.

I have a new website with a fresh install of EB version Version 3.9.19775. My website only contains two posts so it's relatively new.

I have noticed that when uploading a blog image I receive a HTTP error, image failed. However whenever I cancel, leave the post and view the media manager it is in fact there.

I have cleared my cache, logged in/out and made sure that the image is within the server restrictions (size etc). Like I say the images do upload, but it appears like they aren't and I have to repeatedly cancel the post and edit again in order to see the image.

I have included images of the process if it helps.

Help appreciated.
Hello Johnny,

Can you provide us your backend and FTP access so we can have a better look on your issue here? Please advise.

Hello Johnny,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I have tried to upload some of my images on the site and it works out fine. I have a feeling that it is due to the "resolution" of the image which you are trying to upload. The larger the dimensions are, the more memory it chews and if your memory_limit is not sufficient, you might hit these errors.

Would it be possible for you to try increasing the memory_limit and give it a go again? If it still fails, can you send us the image that you are trying to upload here?
