Strange Error Message

I am getting the following error when I view a topic:

Warning: preg_replace(): Compilation failed: missing terminating ] for character class at offset 131 in /home/cm316/craigmontvillas.org/administrator/components/com_easydiscuss/includes/string/string.php on line 340
Apparently the problem was caused by a plugin which was not enabled. This was causing the problem since the plugin was associated with a button which was supposed to appear in the text editor. When I enabled all the button and other plugins, the error disappeared.
