I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Firstly, did you customize any of EasyDiscuss theme files or core files? If you did not, can you please provide us with the back end and FTP access to the site? We'll also need to reinstall EasyDiscuss to ensure that none of the files are modified.

no we dont customize any file, you can reinstall it again if partamerters will not be affecter,

Still having the same issue with the sftp as posted on the other thread.

This issue is resolved,
if any user experience this kind of bug check your opcache extension.
