storage option in MySQL/MariaDB

"It's 2018 and Joomla as well as many other established extensions have all switched to using InnoDB instead of MyISAM as storage option in MySQL/MariaDB. Are there any plans for EasyDiscuss to finally switch FULLY over to InnoDB as well?"

Currently we haven't plan for this yet, actually we doesn't use much feature from MyISAM db engine, perhaps you can setup one of the staging site then try install Easydiscuss and see whether got hit any issue.
