Can you see if you can replicate this and if so suggest a fix... just a low priority thing I noticed when using my site....

From my site...

1) In the EasySocial search bar I typed 'test'
2) An image called test.png comes out top of the search results...
3) If I click that I get a "Call to undefined method SocialComments::getHTML()" error page

It's probably some old image - but I've gone to EasySocial backend and reset my SEF URL's - and also re-indexed my site using the Smart Search - and cleared the cache - but all that didn't solve the issue....
Hi there,

You can refer them on attached files.

Hi there,

After further check, it seems that those images are very old images and streams for those images are no longer existed. This is a known issues on our end and we have fixed them on our latest version. To avoid this, you will need to delete those images and re-crawl again your Smart Search indexes.

To delete them, you will need to remove codes below inside this path .../components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/albums/layouts/response.php and manually delete them.

<div class="es-actions__item es-actions__item-comment">
<div class="es-comments-wrapper">
<?php echo $comments->getHTML(array('hideEmpty' => false));?>
</div>
</div>

Or, can i have your permission to delete them on your site and re-crawl your smart search ?

Thanks for the guidance here. I can do that then - so I'll remove those quoted lines of code in the file you mention and delete the images.

I removed those code lines easy enough... how do I get to the images though - do I do it through the front-end of the website as a super user - I can't see how to delete them as the error still comes up....

Hi there,

Actually, i given wrong path for you Here is the correct path .../components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/photos/response.php but you will need to fully remove those codes as browser will still render those codes even-thought you have comment them out. I have temporarily removed them for you and it should shown properly now.

You will need to re-apply them once your deleted them on your site. Here are codes that are removed.

<div class="es-actions__item es-actions__item-comment">
<div class="es-comments-wrapper">
<?php echo $comments->getHTML(array('hideEmpty' => false, 'deleteable' => $lib->isMine()));?>
</div>
</div>

Ah ok.... I've deleted the two old images I identified that were causing the error... and the site search is reindexing now.

So if I understand right, I now just need to add back the codes you've quoted in your 1:55AM post - does it matter where in the response.php file I put that code?!?!?!
