Step 3 - Initializing Database Synchronization

I'm trying to upgrade EasyBlog from 3.9 to the last version, but the process seems to be blocked to Step 3 40% (Initializing Database Synchronization)..... it's about 15 minutes that I'm waiting for it.

I have to wait until something happen or I have to reinstall EasyBlog again?

Can you provide us with your Joomla backend, PHPMYADMIN and FTP access so we can help you check on this?

After more than 30 minutes I have decided to reinstall again and now all seems to work fine!
